Job summary

翔威工程有限公司 is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Hong Kong to drive property leasing and tenant sourcing, focusing on Mainland China expansion. You will identify new clients, lead commercial negotiations, and strengthen relationships with institutions and channel partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 3 years of BD experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role, and fluency in Putonghua with strong English/Chinese writing.

Job description

• Develop and execute business development plans, driving property leasing and tenant sourcing to enhance occupancy rates.
• Identify new clients and project opportunities, expanding client and project channels in Mainland China.
• Lead commercial negotiations, preliminary contract discussions, and leasing and promotional activities.
• Liaise with relevant Mainland institutions, enterprises and channel partners, and follow up on Mainland business opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships and manage business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and provide recommendations on business direction.
• Support commercial liaison and preliminary coordination for engineering-related business.
• Compile and analyse business development data, and report progress on a regular basis.
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline; candidates with equivalent professional qualifications and substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, commercial affairs, or client development, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Working experience in the business environment in Mainland China, with familiarity in Mainland business practices and governmentand enterprise liaison; proven experience in engaging Mainland clients and project resources.
• Experience in property leasing, tenant sourcing, or commercial real estate preferred.
• Experience in contract negotiation and business promotion.
• Fluent in Putonghua, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel to Mainland China as required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and management skills.
