• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Investment Management, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of solid experience in corporate business development
• Experience in handling corporate investment projects, commercial partnerships, or business expansion initiatives is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s corporate client network
• Identify and establish business relationships with corporate clients, investment partners, and commercial organizations to support the company’s long-term business expansion strategy
• Promote the company’s business consultancy, investment advisory, and asset management-related services to potential corporate clients and strategic partners
• Assist the company in sourcing potential corporate investment opportunities and capital cooperation projects
• Conduct market research and business analysis on investment trends, cross-border commercial opportunities, and emerging industries in Mainland China
• Support management in evaluating investment opportunities, partnership proposals, and corporate cooperation projects
• Liaise and coordinate with Mainland Chinese corporations, investors, and business partners regarding business development and investment-related matters
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and strategic partners to enhance the company’s market presence and competitiveness
• Participate in commercial negotiations, business meetings, and corporate presentations with clients and investors
• Prepare business development reports, investment analysis materials, market expansion strategies, and client proposals for management review
• Assist in enhancing the company’s market positioning and corporate visibility
• Supervise and coordinate junior business support staff when required
