Job summary

翔威工程有限公司 is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Hong Kong to drive property leasing and tenant sourcing, focusing on Mainland China expansion. You will identify new clients, lead commercial negotiations, and strengthen relationships with institutions and channel partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 3 years of BD experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role, and fluency in Putonghua with strong English/Chinese writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in business development, commercial affairs, or client development; at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in Mainland China business environment and liaison with government and enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans for property leasing and tenant sourcing.
• Identify new clients and opportunities across Mainland China.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and leasing/promotional activities.
