Zusammenfassung

Swire Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Portfolio Officer to join the Portfolio Management Team for Cityplaza, Island Place and associated retail portfolios. You will oversee leasing and property management and coordinate with the technical team.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in real estate or related disciplines, at least 2 years’ experience in retail leasing/management, and strong negotiation and English/Chinese communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• University graduate in real estate, property management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience with 1 year in retail leasing/management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Leasing and property management of Cityplaza, Island Place or associated retail portfolios.
• Supervise daily management and operation of Cityplaza Ice Palace.
• Coordinate with technical team for handover and takeback of premises.
• Assist in coordinating estate management / mall common areas tasks.
• Assist in leasing discussions to increase occupancy and draft tenancy agreements.
• Handle leasing-related enquiries and maintain tenant relationships.
• Monitor rent collection and minimize arrears.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct market research.
