Job summary

Jebsen Insurance, the licensed brokerage arm of the MF Jebsen Group, seeks ambitious graduates for the Business Development Executive/Graduate Trainee role. You will expand the client network, identify opportunities, and provide professional insurance guidance to build long-term partnerships.

You will represent the company at industry events, develop new business, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and experience in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates / IANG visa holders are welcome to apply.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, CRM or business development is an advantage.
• Licensing and/or life insurance experience is preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

We are looking for ambitious, well‑presented, and results‑oriented professionals to join us as Business Development Executive/ Graduate Trainee. You will play a key role in expanding our client network, identifying business opportunities, providing professional insurance advice, and developing long‑term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent Jebsen Insurance at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and build business relationships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing suitable insurance solutions and professional advice.

Drive new business growth through client acquisition, upselling, and cross‑selling activities.

Provide ongoing policy servicing and support as a trusted point of contact for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client activities, appointments, and sales opportunities.

Monitor market developments and provide business updates and insights to management.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates / IANG visa holders are welcome to apply.

Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, customer relationship management, or business development is an advantage.

Insurance licensing and/or life insurance experience is preferred but not essential. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills.

Proactive, self‑motivated, customer‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
