Job summary

Jebsen Insurance, the licensed brokerage arm of the MF Jebsen Group, seeks ambitious graduates for the Business Development Executive/Graduate Trainee role. You will expand the client network, identify opportunities, and provide professional insurance guidance to build long-term partnerships.

You will represent the company at industry events, develop new business, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and experience in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates / IANG visa holders are welcome to apply.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, CRM or business development is an advantage.
• Licensing and/or life insurance experience is preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent Jebsen Insurance at industry events to enhance brand awareness and relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with suitable insurance solutions.
• Drive growth through client acquisition, upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide ongoing policy servicing and be a trusted contact for clients.
• Maintain records of activities, appointments and sales opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service.
