Job summary

Chun Yang International (HK) Company Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Hong Kong to drive growth in EV batteries recycling and E&M projects. You will manage proposals, quotations, and negotiations, plus follow up through tender and contract stages.

The role requires strong customer focus, Mandarin and English proficiency, and a willingness to grow into a Manager position with more experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development field.
• Proactive and with good customer service skills.
• Familiar with computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle business development in EV batteries recycling, car dismantling, and E&M projects.
• Follow up the entire business execution such as proposals, quotations, sales follow-up, negotiations, and tendering processes.
• Understand customer needs and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Review and enhance sales mechanism timely.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
