Job summary

PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager (New Energy) to lead the growth of our renewable energy portfolio. The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in the energy sector, experience in project management within renewables, and an established network in the new energy field.

Assistant Business Development Manager (New Energy)

Drive business development initiatives and identify high-potential commercial opportunities within the New Energy sector.

Formulate and execute sales strategies and promotional plans to drive business objectives.

Prepare periodic sales reports, market analysis, and risk exposure assessments for management review.

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical, Engineering, Risk Management or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in energy industry, with a strong background in project management related to renewable energy. With established network within new energy sector is an advantage.

Strong business acumen combined with a strategic mindset and superb analytical skills.

Self-motivated with strong business development skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Manager.
