Responsibilities

• Project sales management for the Condola / Car Park System business, from tendering, budget proposal, and design development to the execution of projects
• Ensure all site works are completed in a safe, timely, quality, and cost-effective manner
• Responsible to develop new business opportunities through product portfolio expansion
• Market & competitor analysis, pipeline management, and market penetration
• Provide all necessary support to customers through the project cycle
• Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering
• 5 years of Project or Sales Engineer experience in E&M product or Building Services
• Well-organized and attention to detail
• Positive thinking and good communication skills
• Good in both English and Chinese
