Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Safety/Facilities Manager to oversee the Property Management team’s daily operations and administrative tasks. You will manage incidents and complaints with a logical, effective approach, and coordinate with outsourced contractors and vendors to uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Safety Management or Facilities Management, with 5-6 years post-registration safety management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety Management or Facilities Management.
• OSH qualifications eligible for registration.
• 5-6 years post-registration experience in safety management.
• HKDSE or above with a basic understanding of customer service.
• Basic computer literacy.
• At least one year of relevant carpark / call centre experience.
