Job summary

You will manage relationships, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and support policy renewals, enrolments, and account maintenance.

• Proven experience in client relationship management within the insurance / health sector.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; strong written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and expectation-management skills with an empathetic yet professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship maintenance.
• Addressing and resolving daily broker inquiries across email and phone channels efficiently and accurately.
• Investigating complex operational issues, identifying recurring patterns, and offering proactive solutions.
• Facilitating smooth policy renewals, new policy enrolments, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Balancing daily priorities effectively to handle urgent broker requests alongside standard enrolment workflows.
• Conducting broker training sessions on digital portal usage and online enrolment procedures.
