Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Broker Partnerships Consultant to serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of brokers within our health insurance solutions. You will manage relationships, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and support policy renewals, enrolments, and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship maintenance.
• Addressing and resolving daily broker inquiries across email and phone channels efficiently and accurately.
• Investigating complex operational issues, identifying recurring patterns, and offering proactive solutions.
• Facilitating smooth policy renewals, new policy enrolments, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Balancing daily priorities effectively to handle urgent broker requests alongside standard enrolment workflows.
• Conducting broker training sessions on digital portal usage and online enrolment procedures.
