Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a strategic Business Development professional to expand distribution across broker channels and new platforms. You will cultivate and manage long-term partnerships with IFAs, local brokers, and HNW intermediaries, driving the promotion of wealth management solutions and tailored propositions.

The role requires a university degree, IIQE licenses, and a minimum of 3 years in wealth management or related fields, with a strong HK Mainland network and fluent

Competenze

• Bachelor degree required in Business/Finance/Economics or related field.
• IIQE Papers 1, 3 and 5 licenses are required.
• Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or portfolio management within Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Insurance.
• Established network across HK/Mainland client or intermediary segments; Mandarin fluency essential.

• Formulate and execute distribution strategies to expand sales across broker segments and new channels.
• Identify, acquire and manage long-term strategic relationships with key brokers, intermediaries, and distribution partners.
• Drive distribution of wealth management and investment solutions with tailored propositions for partners.
• Deliver product training, market insights, and high-touch support to partners to boost sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns and optimize budgets for growth.
• Gather competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and sales propositions.
