Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of work experience welcome.
• Driven, resilient, and confident in proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Excellent Cantonese and English presentation skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate clients via cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Connect with Corporate HR Leaders, C&B Managers, and C-Suite Executives to pitch value proposition.
• Pitch, secure, and lead high-level introductory meetings to uncover client needs and pain points.
• Perform in-depth data analysis on corporate medical claims, health utilization trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Work with major insurers to negotiate policy terms, pricing, and enhancements for clients.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, onboarding, renewals, and mid-term benefit reviews.
