Job summary

uSMART Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Wealth Management - Relationship Manager Assistant to support Relationship Managers in ongoing sales, service, and client communications. You will handle onboarding processes and coordinate with internal teams to complete client servicing and product sales tasks.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Finance/Business, HKSI accreditation or SFC Type 1 license preferred, and 2+ years in securities with strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holders in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
• Holder of SFC Type 1 License / Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience in securities industry, with hands-on sales support or client service experience.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• To support RMs for all on-going sales, service and communications with clients and prospects.
• Responsible for handling all aspects of onboarding clients in a smooth and efficient process.
• Coordinating and communicating with different internal teams such compliance, operations and client on-boarding team to complete all required process for clients’ serves and products sales.
• Assisting any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors and managers.
