Job summary

Prowess Recruitment Consulting Ltd in Hong Kong is recruiting for a Branch Operations Supervisor in a loan company. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will assist in daily branch operations and provide operations support including loan processing and credit approvals.

You will lead and coach branch staff to deliver customer service and administrative duties, and collaborate with the Direct Sales Team to help achieve business targets while ensuring AML compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in BBA, Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in banking/finance with 2 years at supervisory level.
• Good motivation skills for all levels in branch.
• Knowledge of AML and Terrorist Financing.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in branches and provide operations support such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products.

Reporting to The Branch Manager, you will be work closely with the branch operation team to providing daily management operation needs:

• Perform duties in branches and provide the operations support of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products

• Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties

• Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist the branch to achieve business target

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 2 years at the supervisory level.

• Good motivation skills for all level of colleagues in branch.

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

• Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems soliving skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.

• Candidate will more supervisory experience will be considered as Assistant Branch Manager.
