Job summary

Chief Group Limited is seeking a Branch Administrative & General Operations professional in Hong Kong to support daily branch operations and admin tasks. You will assist walk-in clients with account openings, manage documentation updates, and help with cross-departmental communication.

You will extract and clean data from internal systems, prepare branch sales reports, and analyze key metrics like new accounts, commissions, and transaction volumes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in branch operations, sales support, administration, or data processing within a brokerage, bank, or financial institution (internship experience considered).
• Strong numerical sense with practical experience in handling raw data (撈數); proficient in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin is strictly required to communicate effectively with local clients and internal team members.

Handle document archiving, branch maintenance coordination, and cross‑departmental communication.

Extract, clean, and consolidate raw business data from internal trading and back‑office systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Branch Sales Reports with high precision and accuracy.

Perform comparative analyses across branches on key metrics, including new account opening numbers, commission income, and transaction volumes.

Track and report on branch staff KPI performance to provide actionable insights for branch managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in branch operations, sales support, administration, or data processing within a brokerage, bank, or financial institution (promising candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered).

Strong numerical sense with practical experience in handling raw data ("撈數"); proficient in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin is strictly required to communicate effectively with local clients and internal team members.

High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, highly organized, and a good team player.

Basic knowledge of securities brokerage operations, account opening rules, and KYC procedures is preferred.

Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
