Job summary

Chief Group Limited is seeking a seasoned CFD risk manager to design and implement risk frameworks for currencies, commodities, precious metals, and virtual assets. You will monitor daily risk limits and prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management.

You will also develop risk dashboards and analytics, participate in system development and UAT, and contribute to policy manuals for governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 6–8 years of CFD risk management experience.
• Professional qualification such as CFA or FRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Devise risk management framework, policies and controls for CFD products (currencies, commodities, Gold/Silver, and virtual assets).
• Conduct daily risk limits monitoring (market, credit, IM VM, liquidation, total equity).
• Prepare daily management risk reports, regulatory reports, and ad hoc analyses for senior management.

Job description

Devise the risk management framework, policies and controls such as investment & operational risks of the company for the CFD products, including currencies, commodities, Gold / Silver and virtual assets

Conduct daily risk limits monitoring, including market, credit, IM VM, liquidation, total equity for the CFD products

Prepare daily management risk reports, regulatory reports, and ad hoc risk analyses for senior management and relevant stakeholders

Design, develop, and enhance risk reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models to improve risk monitoring and operational efficiency

Formulate risk procedures and manuals

Engage in system development and UAT

Requirements

Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines

Professional qualification such as CFA or FRM is an advantage

With at least 6-8 years’ risk management experience in CFD is a MUST

Experience in trading CFD would be a plus

Familiar with CFD markets business flows and systems

Good analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
