Job summary

Chief Group Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles across business, IT, and compliance domains in Hong Kong. You will drive regulatory license programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets while maintaining quality and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, a solid understanding of license applications and financial products, and strong English communication;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of license application projects and brokerage system operations.
• Knowledge of financial products and client lifecycles.
• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong asset.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management:

Direct and oversee projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closing.

Ensure technology and business solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and under approved budgets

Regulatory & License Governance:

Drive and support Middle Eastern financial license application projects.

Maintain meticulous documentation of decisions and liaisons to ensure consistency and facilitate smooth audits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Engage and align expectations across a diverse matrix of internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate smoothly between Business, IT, Legal & Compliance, Relationship Managers, and Customer Service teams.

Risk Management & Issue Escalation:

Proactively track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or system deployment risks.

Implement robust mitigation strategies and **escalate** critical issues appropriately for timely resolution.

Lead and inspire a highly diverse, multicultural project team comprising professionals from various nationalities.

Reporting & Performance Updates:

Provide regular, structured, and clear project progress updates to the corporate senior management team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above with major in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of project management experience.

Solid understanding of license application projects, brokerage system operations, financial products, and client lifecycles.

Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for drafting business reports and leading international negotiations. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset but not a must.

Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

High level of integrity, quality awareness, and strong sense of accountability.

Willingness to travel frequently across the region.(Note: Less-seasoned candidates with the appropriate growth mentality, high capability, and fast learning agility will also be considered.)
