Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Retail Banking Operations.
• Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Branch Operations.
• Candidates who can work in Sheung Shui will be preferred.

Responsibilities
