Job summary

The Hong Kong And China Gas Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager for loan application operations. Reporting to the Credit Finance Manager, you will work with the branch team to manage loan processing, credit approvals, and promotion of loan products.

You will lead and coach staff, coordinate with the Direct Sales Team to reach targets, and ensure AML compliance. Degree or higher in BBA/ Banking, 8 years total experience with 5 in supervision, English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 5 years at the supervisory level.
• Good developing and motivation skills for all level of colleagues.
• Experience in credit finance, such as personal loans, credit proposals, credit cards, etc., is a MUST
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
• Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems soliving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.

Reporting to The Credit Finance Manager, you will be work closely with the branch operation team to providing daily management operation needs:

Perform duties in branches and manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products

Requirements:
