Job summary

Leadingnation is expanding its branch operations in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced banking professional to oversee loan processing, credit approvals, and sales promotions across branches.

The role requires 8+ years in banking/finance with at least 5 years in supervision, strong AML knowledge, and fluent English and Chinese. A degree in BBA/ Banking is essential, with MS Office and Chinese word processing proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/finance, of which 5 years at the supervisory level.
• Experience in credit finance (personal loans, credit proposals, credit cards) is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
• Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate will less supervisory experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in branches and manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products
• Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties
• Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist / manage the branch to achieve business target

• Perform duties in branches and manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products

• Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties

• Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist / manage the branch to achieve business target

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 5 years at the supervisory level.

• Good developing and motivation skills for all level of colleagues.

• Experience in credit finance, such as personal loans, credit proposals, credit cards, etc., is a MUST

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

• Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems soliving skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
