Job summary

PrimeCredit Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced sales and service leader to drive results across Direct Sales and Agencies, providing coaching, planning campaigns, and promoting regulatory compliance. The role requires hands-on customer service management and a strong understanding of unsecured lending and credit card marketing.

You will coordinate promotions, analyze market data, and ensure accurate commission payments while delivering timely management reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and consumer finance industry at managerial level.
• Agency management experience is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of unsecured lending / credit card marketing and operation.
• Strong people management and complaint handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to Direct Sales and Agencies to achieve the business target.
• Provide coaching and training for Direct Sales to enhance product and regulatory knowledge.
• Initiate, plan and implement special market campaigns and promotion programs.
• Conduct marketing research and collect market information with recommendations.
• Liaise with internal/external parties to arrange promotion activities.
• Handle customer complaints and take remedial actions to improve controls and mitigate risk.
• Ensure commission payments are accurate and punctual.
• Prepare regular reports (e.g., KRI and KCSA) for management reporting and risk minimization.
• Coordinate/participate in ad hoc projects related to business development.

• Prepare regular reports, e.g. KRI and KCSA , to minimize operational risk and for management reporting
• Coordinate / participate in ad hoc projects related to business development

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and consumer finance industry at managerial level
• With agency management experience is an advantage
• In depth knowledge of unsecured lending / credit card marketing and operation
• Sound people management / complaint handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
