Job summary

Wings Recruitment Partners Limited is assisting a well-established financial institution in Hong Kong to hire a Branch Service Representative.

The role focuses on handling enquiries from branches and customers related to loans operations, processing and checking loan applications, and supporting credit evaluation and loan approval.

The candidate will also perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and should be proficient in English and Chinese with good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Form 5 graduation or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in loan operations.
• Mortgage/Personal Loan operations preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from branches and customers on loan operations.
• Process and check loan applications.
• Assist credit evaluation and loan approval processes.

Job duties

Handle enquiries from branches and customers in matters related to loans operations

Processing & checking loan application

Responsible for credit evaluation and loan approval

Process ad hoc task(s) as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements :

Form 5 graduation or above;

With 1 year relevant experience in loan operations;

With Mortgage / Personal Loan operations preferable;

Good in written and spoken English and Chinese (and Mandarin as well);

Good in Microsoft Office application
