Job summary

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE pass with at least five subjects
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Customer-centric mindset with commitment to service quality
• Digital savvy; able to assist customers with self-service channels (kiosks, mobile app)
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the branch and manage branch traffic
• Direct customers to the right service channel or counter
• Explain products, promotions and rewards and how to earn/redeem rewards
• Promote bank offers and app features based on customer needs
• Support digital self-service tools and assist with accessibility needs
• Identify service opportunities and refer to Relationship Managers or specialists
• Maintain branch merchandise presentation and assist counter backup when needed
