Job summary

A reputable China-based bank is seeking a Branch CS & Admin Officer to support daily branch operations and customer service in Hong Kong.

You will handle customer inquiries, promote self-service banking, collect feedback, monitor for irregularities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong English, Chinese and Putonghua communication are required.

Qualifications

HKCEE / HKDSE holders with 5 passes (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) or above with minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
Be familiar with the bank's retail banking business and related products
Understand the work procedures, regulations, and emergency response measures related to the job
Good interpersonal and communications skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Proficient in computer software operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese and English typing, and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

Support branch administrative and operational duties as required
Handle customers' esquires and elevate when appropriate according to supervisor’s guidance
Introduce Self-service banking channel and services to customers in bank hall
Enhance customer services experience and collect customer feedback/ suggestions for improvement
Detect irregularities or suspicious activities, reporting issues promptly to supervisors.
Monitor the branch environment for unusual behavior or items, maintaining vigilance to prevent accidents.
Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies, preventing any incidents or breaches.
