Job summary

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent quality services and handles customer enquiries efficiently.
• Provides after-sales support and ensures issues are solved skillfully.
• Handle customer applications, transactions and instructions; refer opportunities to branches.
• Collaborate with branches and related units; conduct on-the-job training for newcomers.
• Perform routine clerical duties and daily reconciliation and reporting.
• Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements in duties.
