You will not only ensure the safety and security of the principal but also manage her day-to-day personal and professional affairs with discretion and efficiency. Provide close protection and low-profile security coverage for the principal and family members during daily activities, travel, and events
Conduct thorough risk assessments, venue assessments, and operational advances before client arrival
Identify, assess, and respond to emerging threats and suspicious activity
Perform secure transportation and defensive driving when required
Implement residential security measures, including access control and property monitoring
Develop complete security and logistical plans for domestic and international travel
Coordinate with local law enforcement, venue security, and service providers
Manage the principal's complex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle personal errands, household coordination, and family logistics
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the principal
Coordinate with household staff, drivers, and external service providers
Assist with event planning, dinner arrangements, and social engagements
Prepare documents, briefing materials, and reports as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality on all personal and professional matters
Provide concierge-level service with a proactive and anticipatory approach
3+ yearsof experience in executive protection, personal security, law enforcement, or military operations
2+ yearsof experience in personal assistance, executive support, or household management (or demonstrated ability to manage administrative functions at a high level)
Prior military, police, or corrections experience is highly advantageous
Prior experience in a PA/EA role supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives is strongly preferred
Valid Close Protection Licence is preferred
Valid full driving licence; defensive/evasive driving certification is a strong advantage
Valid passportand ability to travel internationally on short notice
Calm under pressure– ability to make critical decisions in high-stress environments and diffuse situations before they escalated
Discretion and integrity– proven ability to handle highly confidential information with the highest standards of conduct
Situational awareness– strong observation skills and ability to identify suspicious behaviour or potential threats

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Protective intelligence and surveillance detection experience
Multilingual capabilities(English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin are strong assets)
