You will manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and household logistics while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and seamless coordination with staff, drivers, and service providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in executive protection or security or related field.
• 2+ years in personal assistance or household management.
• Military, police, or corrections experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection for the principal and family during daily activities, travel and events.
• Conduct risk and venue assessments; prepare security plans ahead of client arrival.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and venue security personnel as needed.
• Manage the principal's calendar, travel arrangements, and personal affairs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver discreet, concierge-style service.
• Oversee security measures and liaison with household staff and drivers.
