Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company”) is seeking a BIM Co-ordinator for the Kwu Tung North project, to be based at the Kwu Tung North Construction Site. You will drive BIM modelling and collaboration across design and site teams using Revit/ArchiCAD within a CDE workflow.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of construction/BIM experience (or 3 years with a Higher Diploma, or 8 years with other qualifications) and a CIC CCBC certification is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent; OR Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies or equivalent; OR matching practical construction/BIM experience.
• Min. 5 years construction experience (for Diploma/Cert); OR 3 years (for Higher Diploma); OR 8 years relevant construction experience. All require min. 2 years practical BIM project experience.
• A CIC-certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) with practical construction BIM project experience is accepted.
• Good practical knowledge of BIM software & collaborative platforms (e.g. Revit, ArchiCAD), CDE workflow, office applications, construction details, and computer modeling.

The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks.”
