Job summary

China Geo-Engineering Corporation in Hong Kong seeks a skilled BIM professional to drive design delivery and modelling for foundation works and slopes mitigation. The role requires BIM leadership to implement ISO19650 across projects and to coordinate with project teams.

You will create 3D/4D/5D models using Civil 3D and Revit, produce 2D drawings, and contribute to drone-based scanning workflows. The position is based in Shek Mun and immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Holder of CIC Certified BIM Manager or equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic technical BIM solutions to comply ISO19650.
• Adopt ISO 19650-compliant Common Data Environment.
• 3D/4D/5D BIM modelling and visualisation / animation/rendering.
• 2D/3D drawing production in BIM.
• Experience in using Civil 3D & Revit.

• Collaborate with partners, software developers, clients.
