Job description

Responsibilities

• BIM project management and coordination. Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects
• Technical support to tendering and subletting
• Cost planning and control on project BIM works
• Managing to ensure that the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications
• Facilitate BIM training / coaching for in-house BIM team and in-house technical staffs
• Management and supervision of Project BIM Teams operation
• Research and implementation of applications of advanced BIM software technologies

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Surveying or equivalent academic qualification
• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling or CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator or equivalent professional qualification
• HKIBIM Certified BIM Expert or Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 1 year should be in managerial level in a BIM Team
• Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and building construction projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
