Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd seeks a BIM Specialist to develop content based on modelling standards and coordinate with project teams in Hong Kong. The role involves modifying variations, tracking changes, and producing 2D drawings like CSD/CBWD while applying BIM tools in construction projects.

You will help develop best practices and standards to streamline BIM project delivery and train in-house staff in BIM applications. A degree in a related field and 3 years BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 3 years BIM experience.
• Knowledge of other software such as Dynamo, Synchro, Fuzor, Lumion 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, After Effects etc is preferred.
