Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited, a major contractor in Hong Kong, is seeking a BIM Specialist to conduct 3D modeling, coordination and 4D construction sequence simulation for Hong Kong projects. You will assist in internal BIM implementation, maintain BIM standards and libraries, and co-develop BIM workflows with project teams and R&D.

Applicants should have a degree or higher diploma with BIM experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and knowledge of Revit or Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma with BIM experience.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Knowledge of Revit/Navisworks or SolidWorks is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3D modeling, coordination and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation.
• Assist in internal BIM implementation for construction projects.

Requirements

Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or realted subjects.OR

Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 2 years BIM experience.

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.

Proactive, outgoing and initiative.

Sound interpersonal and communication skills.

Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.

Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks or Solidworks will be an advantage.
