JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Hong Kong seeks an Associate for Private Equity Fund Accounting with Japanese or Korean language skills.

You will oversee cash flows, fees, and NAV reporting for private equity and real asset investments. You will collaborate with custody and operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and support year-end and audit requests while maintaining strong controls and client service standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in private equity administration and/or fund accounting.
• Hands-on experience processing and reconciling capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
• Ability to interpret fund governing documents and apply terms to operational processing.
• Experience preparing or reviewing net asset value calculations and investor reporting outputs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear responses to client inquiries.
• High attention to detail with consistent quality control practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Mansioni

• Monitor and reconcile daily capital calls, distributions, and fee-related cash flows, resolving discrepancies on time.
• Capture and book investment cash flows and valuations into the correct accounting classifications.
• Review investment and divestment documentation to confirm terms, timing, and completeness.
• Maintain fund books and records in the accounting platform based on governing documents.
• Prepare and review periodic net asset value calculations and reporting packages.
• Calculate and review capital call and distribution amounts, prepare investor notices, and reconcile proceeds.
• Manage the release of investor notices and quarterly reporting through the investor reporting portal with quality checks.
• Own end-to-end resolution of client and investor questions and operational items through closure.
• Partner with onboarding teams to support transitions of new mandates and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate year-end activities and respond to auditor and tax information requests.
• Build strong working relationships with senior operations leaders and cross-functional partners to improve accuracy and controls.
