Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Hybrid Professional in the China Market to support Client Advisors and manage daily account administration for UHNW clients in Hong Kong.

You will work closely with a team across markets to deliver tailored wealth management solutions, manage the trading lifecycle, and ensure timely risk disclosures and reporting. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of client service and/or relationship manager support in Private Bank.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight market deadlines with high accuracy.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with good judgment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration.
• Support Client Advisors in KYC documentation and suitability reporting.
• Own full trading life-cycle from pre-trade checks to post-trade reporting.
• Develop deep knowledge of all asset classes offered by Private Bank.
• Act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day servicing and transactions.
• Collaborate with Client Service Team and broader team on accounts and facilities.
• Prepare client meetings and assist with investment performance analyses.
