Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Associate in Private Equity Fund Accounting within Fund Operations. You will oversee processing of investment cash flows, fees, and reporting for private equity and real assets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while resolving discrepancies.

You will partner with custody and operations to confirm receipts and payments, support institutional clients, and strengthen controls across reporting and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of private equity administration or fund accounting experience.
• Hands-on processing and reconciliation of capital calls, distributions, and fees.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily capital calls, distributions, and fee-related cash flows, resolving discrepancies on time.
• Capture and book investment cash flows and valuations into correct accounting classifications.
• Review investment and divestment documentation for terms, timing, and completeness.
• Maintain fund books and records in the accounting platform.
