Job summary

Brink's Hong Kong is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee transportation operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, across multiple countries. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to meet service levels and optimize capacity.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), you will handle customer inquiries, prepare import/export documents, and maintain clear communication with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English and Chinese fluency (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations for accounts, including inbound and reverse logistics across different countries.
• Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone calls and email conversations.
• Plan and schedule shipments, taking into account customer requirements, service availability, and transportation capacity.
• Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of the logistics plan.
• Prepare import and export documents and handling customs declarations.
• Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the team head or manager.
