Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Hong Kong for a newly created role within the expanding team. You will manage orders from placement to delivery, coordinate international ocean shipments and liaise with overseas agents and service partners.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in freight or logistics, is fluent in English with Cantonese, and possesses strong Excel skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Fluent in English with conversational Cantonese; additional South Asian language is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders end-to-end from placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate international ocean shipments and liaise with overseas agents.
• Book shipments and work with carriers to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with status updates.
• Handle enquiries and escalations with effective solutions.
• Identify customer needs and support service improvements.
