The Brink’s Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee transportation operations across multiple countries, handle customer inquiries, and schedule shipments. The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

The position involves coordinating inbound and reverse logistics, preparing import/export documents, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient logistics execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in freight forwarder/customer service in logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversee transportation operations for accounts, including inbound and reverse logistics across different countries.
• Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email conversations.
• Plan and schedule shipments, considering customer requirements, service availability and capacity.
• Maintain close communication with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of the logistics plan.
• Prepare import and export documents and handle customs declarations.
• Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the team head or manager.
