Hong Kong Executive Search is seeking a Hotel General Manager (Chinese speaking) for a luxury property in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will oversee all hotel operations, guest relations, staff management, and drive profitability while maintaining outstanding service standards.

Requirements include at least 5 years in a similar role at a sizeable luxury hotel, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (additional languages a plus).

• A seasoned hotel professional with outstanding management skills.
• At least 5 years in a similar role in a sizeable luxurious hotel.
• Highly organized with exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Spoken and written English and Chinese; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all hotel operations and guest relations to balance profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial plans and analyse sales figures; develop marketing strategies.
• Direct Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources as needed.
• Set goals and strategies for operational and financial success.
• Provide leadership and strategic planning across all departments.
• Promote the hotel to uplift and maintain its reputation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and norms.
• Act as ambassador of the hotel.
