Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated Bid Manager in Hong Kong to lead, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality proposals supporting strategic growth. You will partner with GTM, TSG, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership to manage end‑to‑end bid management from qualification to submission.

Responsibilities include defining bid strategy, coordinating inputs from cross‑functional SMEs, and ensuring compliant, compelling submissions. Cantonese communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–7 years of bid management or proposal writing experience.
• Excellent written communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full bid lifecycle, ensuring timely, compliant proposals.
• Collaborate with GTM, TSG, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to define bid strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from cross‑functional SMEs and manage the bid plan.
• Develop proposal content in line with tender requirements and winning strategy.
• Collaborate on pricing and compliance with Finance, RIM and Legal.
