Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong seeks a senior bid and market development professional to establish and maintain a pursuit-driven culture, leading sector market leads and a realistic pipeline of future work, while coaching teams on strategic approaches and routes to market.

You will drive strategic bids, manage senior client relationships including programme directors and procurement teams, and coordinate cross-functional bid activities across the region to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Client-centric mindset and ability to translate opportunities into actionable plans.
• Ability to operate at a Board level and interface with senior leaders.
• Translate complex client requirements into Pursuits and winning bids.
• Strong influencing and presentation skills, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector/market leads to build a realistic long-term pipeline.
• Coach teams on strategic approaches and routes to market.
• Maintain regular client feedback cadence with directors, procurement and delivery teams.
• Coordinate bid planning and win themes across the region.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding Turner & Townsend services.
