Job summary

Adecco Group in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Executive, Bid & Tender Management to monitor tender portals, coordinate submissions and draft proposals. You will collaborate with Recruitment and Business teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.

We expect strong English and Cantonese, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tenders with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Mandarin is a plus; attractive package offered.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in tender coordination, bid writing, sales support, administration, or business development.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Business teams to gather information for bid submissions.
• Maintain tender records, proposal templates, and client documents.
• Support follow-up activities with clients on submitted tenders and proposals.
• Assist in business development initiatives and sales activities.
• Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
