Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Sales Manager with deep BFSI industry experience to drive new-logo business for IT & Digital Transformation Services in Hong Kong. This permanent role requires a track record of winning large, complex deals and building senior-level client relationships across Insurance and Banking sectors.

The role emphasizes origination, strategic account planning, and collaboration with delivery teams to position digital engineering, cloud, data and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in IT Services / Technology Consulting / Digital Sales / AI Sales.
• Proven new-logo hunting track record in Hong Kong.
• Strong CXO-level network within the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services sectors.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions and large deals.
• Hong Kong / China / Greater China experience and relationships strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a new-business strategy for target accounts.
• Leverage an established network across Hong Kong Insurance & Banking, Finance services.
• Develop CXO-level relationships and create new client opportunities.
• Originate and close large, complex AI, technology and digital transformation deals.
• Position the company's capabilities across Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Application Modernization and Managed Services.
• Partner with Consulting, Solutioning and Delivery teams to develop differentiated propositions.
• Build a strong qualified pipeline and own sales targets through closure.
