Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a QA/Testing Lead to manage end-to-end UAT testing, including planning, execution, and environments. You will drive testing strategies, coordinate with PMs, developers and business users, and ensure readiness for live operations.

The role emphasizes strengthening UAT practices, mentoring team members and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards within a dynamic sports business context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related engineering field.
• 5–8 years of testing, analysis, programming or IT project management experience.
• Strong system testing experience with manual and automated testing.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager or Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain UAT environments and testing tools.
• Analyse requirements and interpret system docs for new features.
• Define test strategies, objectives and coverage; approve test cases.
• Lead and execute UAT to validate enhancements and readiness.
• Track and report UAT progress aligning with quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers and business users on testing.
• Identify and manage defects discovered during testing.
• Provide guidance and coaching to strengthen UAT capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and integrity standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
