Job summary

Springer Professional Group Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester / Test Analyst / UAT for its bank division in Hong Kong. You will plan and execute UAT test cases across mobile and web banking platforms, including account opening, transfers, and bill payments.

You will perform regression and sanity testing, collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and report defects, progress, and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on UAT.
• Proven experience testing Digital Channels (Mobile Banking apps and Online Banking websites) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAT test cases, scenarios, and end-to-end user journeys across mobile and web banking platforms.
• Perform regression and sanity testing to ensure new deployments don’t break existing functionality prior to release.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and developers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear, timely reports on testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
