Job summary

Pathos Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced UAT tester to perform comprehensive testing across financial systems. You will prepare detailed test plans, generate test data, and execute test cases while documenting results and tracking issues to resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance within a financial institution or banking environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to review, interpret, and bridge business and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Prior experience with or sourcing test automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive UAT following standardized, rigorous workflows.
• Prepare detailed test plans based on requirements and generate accurate test data.
• Execute test cases, document results, log issues, and follow up until resolution.
• Deliver comprehensive test reports, provide release recommendations, and support post-implementation maintenance.
• Review testing workflows and suggest practical improvements; source/evaluate test automation tools.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training ahead of system rollouts.
