Millennium Technology Services is seeking a proactive Scheduler / Batch Operations Specialist to support enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation on Control-M and HWA. You will monitor, administer, and support production batch jobs, participate in migration projects from Control-M to HWA, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure reliable 24/7 operations.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with Control-M, HWA, and related tooling, plus scripting skills and familiarity with ITIL

Formación

• Proven experience in batch scheduling and IT operations.
• Hands-on with enterprise scheduling tools such as Control-M, HWA (HCL Workload Automation), IBM Workload Automation.
• Migration project experience (Control-M to HWA) is a plus.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovering batch jobs in production.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling Administration: Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise job schedules on Control-M and future HWA platforms.
• HWA Migration Project Support: Analyze existing job flows, perform testing/validation, and assist with deployment activities.
• Operations & Production Support: Monitor batch processing, respond to incidents, execute recovery procedures, and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and enhance monitoring and support processes.
