Auriga Holdings Limited's neighbourhood bar in Central is hiring a charismatic bartender who loves people as much as pouring drinks. You don’t need 10 years—1–2 years in bars, restaurants, or hotels is ideal; fresh graduates with the right attitude will also be considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and house cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, upsell specials, and create memorable experiences.
• Build regular customers and grow our Soho community.
• Maintain a spotless bar area and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock taking, restocking, and inventory basics.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and the team to keep service smooth and fun.

We’re a neighbourhood bar in Central with great vibes, crafted cocktails. We’re looking for a charismatic bartender who loves people as much as they love pouring drinks.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need 10 years behind the bar — we care more about personality and hustle than a long CV. Ideal experience: 1–2 years in bars, restaurants, or hotels (fresh graduates with the right attitude will also be considered).

Key Requirements

• Fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
• Proven ability to connect with customers — you’re the type people remember and come back to see
• Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine smile
• Solid basic cocktail knowledge and confident free-pouring / cocktail-making skills
• Team player who keeps the bar clean and organized without being asked

Main Responsibilities
